Angelique VasilarosEMDR Consulting
For Organizations

Administrative supervision isn't clinical support. Your team needs both.

Clinical consultation for organizations whose staff carry heavy work: frontline mental health teams, community agencies, and services supporting trauma-exposed professionals. I help your people build the knowledge, confidence, and practices to care for their clients and themselves.

Who This Is For
  • Frontline mental health teams

Carrying high-acuity caseloads without clinical backup.

  • Community agencies & non-profits

Supporting staff through repeated exposure and crisis.

  • Leaders holding trauma-exposed staff

Who want to support their people without carrying it alone.

Support that holds the people who hold others.

The Gap I Keep Seeing

Good people, unsupported systems.

I've spent more than fifteen years in mental health, much of it inside frontline services. I've watched talented, dedicated professionals struggle, not because they lacked skill or commitment, but because the systems around them weren't equipped for the realities of trauma work. Staff had managers, meetings, and an EAP number. What they didn't have was a safe, confidential space to think through clinical challenges, the emotional impact of the work, and the cases that follow them home.

That gap has consequences: burnout, moral injury, sanctuary trauma, psychological injury, and good people leaving. Clinical consultation closes it.

What I Provide

Four kinds of support for your team.

01

Clinical consultation for staff

A confidential space for your team to work through client interactions, engagement challenges, transference and counter-transference, and the cases that are wearing them down. Especially valuable for staff who aren't receiving clinically based supervision.

02

Debriefing Support

Debriefing after difficult events, so your team processes what happened instead of carrying it.

03

Moral injury & sanctuary trauma

Support for staff navigating the injuries that come from within systems: impossible caseloads, ethical binds, and feeling harmed by the place that's supposed to support them.

04

Building trauma-informed practice

Practical guidance for leaders and staff on strengthening reflective practice, psychological safety, and how your organization responds when the work gets heavy.

Sound Familiar?

The questions leadership teams bring us.

If your organization is asking any of these, that's exactly where consultation begins.

How can we better support staff after critical incidents?

What does a trauma-informed workplace actually look like?

How do stress and burnout impact team functioning?

How can leaders respond more effectively to mental health concerns?

How do we create psychological safety within high-stress environments?

What strategies help build resilience without minimizing stress?

How can we support teams exposed to repeated trauma or crisis?

How do we help managers hold their teams without carrying it alone?

Why Organizations Invest

This is what commitment to your people looks like.

Staff wellbeing and psychological safety

Burnout prevention and compassion fatigue

Retention and reduced turnover

Supporting new and developing clinicians

Responding well to critical incidents and complex cases

A culture of reflective practice your managers don't have to carry alone

Consultation complements your existing supervision structures. It doesn't replace them, and it doesn't require anyone to admit failure. It's what investment in your people looks like.
